Chef’s Duties (Job Purpose):
Prepares dishes according to recipe requirements. Ensures all foods meet KuLuck’s standard of excellence. Keeps kitchen and station clean, stocks and sets up rotation. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner. Maintains a positive relationship and promotes a cooperative, harmonious work climate.

Bartender Duties:
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to bar guests. Fun. Follows hundreds of standard recipes and alcoholic beverage policies. Merchandises drinks. Makes guests feel welcome and is attentive to them at all times. Totally great.

Bussers:
Ensures that guests are seated at a clean and properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible.  Maintains the cleanliness of the restroom, perimeter of the building. Works with Servers and Host/Hostess' to ensure that guests receive excellent service. Displays a positive atmosphere at KuLuck.

Dishwashers:

Provides guests with clean utensils, plates and glasses. Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes it down in the PM. Washes plates, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, then puts them back in the proper place. Keeps sanitation up to local code standards. Sets up line bags in employee restrooms, prep/cooking lines, expeditor area and dish room. Keeps kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping floors and emptying trash. Troubleshoots dishwasher machine malfunctions. Displays a positive attitude.

Host/Hostess:

Presents a positive first impression of Kuluck to customers. Meets and greets guests as well as ensures that a guest's dining experience is beyond expectations. Maintains a neat, clean, professional image. Keeps host/hostess station clean and organized. Answers phone within two rings. Fun and more fun

Prep Cook:

Learns one or all of the following: Vegetable Prep Cook, Baker Prep Cook, Cold Sauce Cook, Hot Sauce Cook and Meat/Cheese/Seafood Prep Cook. Sets up station and locates necessary utensils and equipment. Prepares items according to recipe every time. Discusses production priorities with manager and line cooks. What else? Cleans and sanitizes station throughout the shift. Labels, rotates and stores all produced items. Ensures that equipment is operated and maintained consistently. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely, effective manner.

Server:

Sets places at dining tables, takes orders, serves food and drinks. Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for both guests and employees and answers questions about food and drinks including their ingredients and preparation. Takes drink orders, merchandises menu items and the excitement continues from there. Delivers food and checks back to ensure guest satisfaction, maintains a neat table appearance and invites guests to return. Accepts payments and adheres to sanitation procedures.
